- Utilize advanced social listening tools to identify cultural trends and capitalize on real-time engagement opportunities.
- Manage multi-channel content calendars, coordinating with design and video teams for flawless project execution.
- Direct community management efforts to foster deep brand loyalty and maintain high engagement rates.
- Analyze performance metrics using GA4 and native insights to deliver actionable ROI reports to executive stakeholders.

Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of professional social media experience, preferably within a high-growth agency or luxury brand setting.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a master-level understanding of platform-specific tones and algorithms.
- Proven track record of scaling social communities and driving measurable business growth.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and high-end mobile video editing applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, strategic narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
